Terrifying: stalker Jason R Peyton waited in his car for Jennifer Aniston with love notes, a sharp object and duct tape
Jennifer Aniston has been granted a permanent restraining order against the delusional stalker who carved 'I LOVE YOU JENNIFER ANISTON' into his car and left her fearing for her personal safety.
According to the order, Jason R Peyton must stay a hundred yards away from her home, places of work and vehicles.
He must also stay away from The Break Up star's employers, agents, managers and other representatives.

It will remain in place for three years. 24-year-old Peyton was not in court and remains on involuntary psychiatric hold.
He was sectioned by police in July after driving from Pennsylvania to Los Angeles in order to try and meet Aniston.

Peyton's father alerted police after finding a note from his son and realising he was going to California to search for The Bounty Hunter actress.
Peyton was detained after spending eight days trying to find the Friends' star on Sunset Boulevard.

Terrifyingly, he had carved 'I LOVE YOU JENNIFER ANISTON' into the bonnet of his car, and 'I LOVE JENNIFER ANISTON' along the side.
When he was taken into custody he was carrying a sharp object, duct tape and love notes addressed to Aniston.
A temporary order was put into place with court documents at the time stating Peyton was ‘an obsessed, mentally ill and delusional stalker, with a history of violence and criminal stalking, who drove cross-country in his delusional 'mission' to locate and marry [Aniston], with whom he believes he is in a relationship.’
Aniston was not in court, but in a signed declaration she said:'Mr. Peyton has aggressively sought to have personal contact with me and integrate himself into my life.
'Due to Mr. Peyton's delusional compulsion and increasingly harassing, stalking and threatening conduct, I have been subjected to a course of conduct which has and is seriously alarming, annoying and harassing me.
'Mr. Peyton's ongoing, ever-increasing, aggressive and harassing conduct are extremely distressing. I fear for my personal safety and that of those around me.'
