She is a Thai actress named Akumsiri Suwanasuk. Her nickname is Jakajan, which is kind of a funny nickname because it is the name of a big noisy bug we have in Thailand. Maybe somebody thinks it's cute. She has been kind of popular for a while already and has a fan club that is always posting pictures of her. Problem is most of those pictures aren't very flattering. But Xray magazine did some nice shots of her as we see below.
