Paris Hilton looks the picture of happiness as she cosies up to her rumoured new love interest in a Los Angeles nightclub.
The 29-year-old socialite has yet to officially confirm rumours that she is dating Las Vegas nightclub tycoon Cy Waits.
But the pair looked very much a couple at Hollywood hotspot Drai’s on Wednesday night.
A source close to Paris tells MailOnline exclusively: ‘She has known Cy for years but things have only recently turned romantic.
‘She loves being independent and doesn’t want anything serious right now, but she wants to see where things go.
‘Cy treats her really well and she’s having the time of her life right now – she’s having a total blast hanging out with him.’

The pair's apparent new romance comes two months after Paris called off her 14-month relationship with American reality star Doug Reinhardt.
The couple endured a stormy split, with the heiress vowing to have a break from serious romances for an extended period.
In an interview on The View, she declared: ‘I’m single – and very happy.
'I've never been single before my whole life. I've always had a boyfriend.

'I feel free and independent and I'm getting to know myself better - not spending so much time with a guy but spending that time on myself and I love that.'

She should have no such problems with Waits, a well-respected Nevada businessman who has confided to friends that he is ‘absolutely smitten’ with Paris.
