Wild thing: Heidi Klum holds hands with eldest son Henry as they spend the day at Disneyland in Los angeles

Taking her family to Disneyland to celebrate her 37th birthday, Heidi Klum may have been hoping to go incognito.

But even with a face full of paint to make her look like a zebra, the mother-of-four was still recognisable amidst the crowds of thrillseekers.

In contrast to the glamourous make-up she normally wears for her modelling jobs, the German beauty looked like she was enjoying having her face painted just like her husband Seal and children as they spent the day in Anaheim, California.

Joining Klum and Seal were their children Leni, six; Henry, four; Johan, three; and Lou, eight months.

The family day out came just before Klum returned to her native Germany to present the final of Germany's Next Top Model.

Joining her on stage at the Lanxess-Arena in Cologne on Thursday was Kylie Minogue and Katy Perry, who both performed their new singles.

It appeared Klum was continuing the animal theme from her trip to Disneyland as she wore a leopard-print shift dress for the finale of the reality TV show.

Despite having our children in the space of five years, Klum has insisted she is now finished with the babymaking.

Klum and Seal started dating in 2004 while Klum was pregnant with Leni, from her relationship with ex-F1 boss Flavio Briatore.

Sixteen months after Leni was born, the couple welcomed their first son Henry in September 2005, followed by Johan 14 months later and finally daughter Lou last October.

She said: 'We’re outnumbered. Four is perfect. Three is a lot. But four? It’s a lot of work. We’re hands-on, and we feel like this is what we can handle.

'I always love being pregnant. I love everything about it. I love going to the hospital and having babies, I love everything.

'That's it for us. Four is a lot. They're all very close in age, so they keep us busy.'
